Case Study | Event Marketing
IDS Vancouver
Interior Design Show 2025 at Vancouver Convention Centre West
Bringing Kartners to life at one of the design industry's biggest stages.
Â
From the initial booth mockup to the final follow-up email, I helped bring the entire IDS experience together across creative, logistics, content and marketing.
CONCEPT → BUILD → COORDINATE → PROMOTE → EXPERIENCE → FOLLOW UP
From concept to show floor.
For IDS Vancouver, I managed the project across both the creative and operational sides. While the booth concept and design were developed and finalized by the Brand Manager, I supported the early brainstorming process and created the booth mockup. Once the design was finalized, I took the lead on project execution, creating all supporting marketing materials and coordinating timelines, logistics, social media, and email marketing before, during, and after the show.
My Role
Booth Mockup • Graphic Design • Project Coordination • Event Logistics • Social Media • Email Marketing

The Solution
Build one connected campaign around the show, bringing together marketing materials, logistics, social media, email, and on-site execution.

The Challenge
How do we turn a finalized booth concept into a cohesive brand experience across every event touchpoint?
01 Building the Experience
Concept to Execution

I developed the initial booth mockup, visual direction, then coordinated across teams and vendors to bring the concept to screen to show floor.

Final Booth
02 Show-ready graphics
Created a cohesive suite of marketing materials that carried the brand across the show, from large-scale wall graphics and display boards to promotional flyer cards.
Tools used: Adobe Illustrator • Adobe Photoshop • CanvaÂ

03 Behind the scene
Coordinated timelines, logistics, materials and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and successful execution.
